洪水过后清淤忙 Residents clear flood debris

Torrential rains(暴雨) have led(导致) to floods(洪水) in many southern Chinese provinces such as Guangxi and Hunan. As the floods recede(退去), residents and soldiers in south China's Guangxi and Hunan clear(清除) the mud(淤泥) away and work to prevent(防止) epidemics(传染病).
