该晒西红柿了！Drying tomatoes in the Gobi desert

A total of 70,900 mu(亩), or 4,727 hectares(公顷), of tomatoes(西红柿) are now ripe(成熟) in Xinjiang. Local workers are busy sun baking(烤) and drying(变干) those harvested(收获) tomatoes in the Gobi desert. 

The tomatoes will be made(制作) into sun dried tomatoes(番茄干) or tomato paste(番茄酱) and exported(出口) to America, Japan and southeast Asian countries.
