火箭科学家们造“鲜鼻子” Rocket scientists create 'freshness sniffer'

The small "freshness sniffer", as the developers at CASIC's Beijing Institute of Radio Metrology and Measurements call it, is an electronic(电子的) device(设备) that determines the #freshness(新鲜) of #meat(肉) you are about to buy(买) or cook(烹饪). It's based on sensor(传感器) and measurement(测量) technologies(科技) long employed(使用) in missiles(导弹) and space equipment(航天装备).
