现实版“美女与野兽” Candidates of Miss City 2018 gather in Wild World Zoo in east China

Beauties(美女 měinǚ) and the beasts(野兽 yěshòu)! 

40 candidates(候选人 hòuxuǎn rén) of Miss City 2018 from 31 countries(国家 guójiā) and regions(地区 dìqū) gathered in the Wild World Zoo in east China's Jinan on Wednesday. 

These women have had close encounters with the animals to promote(促进 cùjìn) wildlife protection(保护 bǎohù).
