As a winter tradition, the local residents in Enshi(恩施) will start(开始 kāishǐ) making(做 zuò) "mildewed tofu", a kind of fermented bean curd. E-commerce and modern logistics have helped sell(卖 mài) this specialty food to more customers(顾客 gùkè).
