英仙座流星雨在北半球绽放 Perseid meteor shower appears in the northern hemisphere

The Perseid meteor shower is the most active(活跃 huóyuè) and frequently(经常性地 jīngcháng xìng de) observable(可见的 kějiàn de) meteor shower in the northern hemisphere(北半球 běibànqiú). This year it can be seen across all parts of China on August 13 and 14. The best time to spot the meteor shower is between midnight(午夜 wǔyè) and dawn(黎明 límíng).
