Y: 递 di4. di4 means pass. The whole sentence is: 请把打气筒递给我 qing2 ba2 da3 qi4 tong3 di4 gei2 wo3… 递给我 di4 gei2 wo3 means pass me something, 
B: di4 gei2 wo3,
Y: 把 ba3 is often put before the object,
B: ba3,
Y: 打气筒 da3 qi4 tong3 is pump,
B: da3 qi4 tong3.
Y: 请把打气筒递给我 qing2 ba2 da3 qi4 tong3 di4 gei2 wo3
