Zhang Junxi is making noodles. 66-year-old Zhang Junxi from central China's Henan Province has been committed to making traditional Chinese "kongxin" noodles for over half a century. The handmade noodles, which are hair-thin, have hollow interiors. It takes over 12 hours to complete the 10 different steps needed to properly make "kongxin" noodles. [Photo: VCG]
