Work and life of Chinese peacekeepers in Liberia

Officers of the fifth and final Chinese peacekeeping police team to Liberia go out on patrol. The contingent completed its last armed patrol in Liberia last week and will come back to China in two to three weeks. The Chinese police team is part of the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL), which was established in September 2003 and will formally withdraw on March 30, 2018.
