The 13th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival to kick off in Hangzhou

The 13th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival is set to open on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Including around 50 different events, as well as attracting comic book companies from 82 countries and regions, the main venue of the festival is located in White Horse Lake Animation Plaza, Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province.
