Fallen officers' memorial service held in Mississippi

The names of three fallen lawmen were added to the Statewide Fallen Officers Memorial in Jackson, Miss., during the Mississippi Law Enforcement Memorial Candlelight Vigil, Tuesday, May 15, 2018. They are Shannon Police Chief Bobby Spencer, who was murdered Jan. 18, 1997; Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Deputy William Durr, who was murdered May 27, 2017, and Quitman County Sheriff's Office Deputy James Clark, who was killed responding to a shooting call Aug. 13, 2017.
