A Labrador given high chair for rare medical condition
1/4
Buck is a 17-month-old Labrador retriever adopted by Edward Labrador Rescue, a charitable organization in Nottingham, Britain, about six weeks ago. Suffering from Megaesophagus, a rare disease occurring in dogs, the rare condition means he cannot eat food without vomiting it back up unless he is held in an upright position. Only half the size of a normal Labrador, Buck was given a special high chair from the organization after they cooperated with a designer and a vet. Using the chair, Buck can eat normally and gain weight to help him recover. [Photo: VCG]
