ABOUT THE EVENT

To celebrate the 2018 International Women's Day, China Radio International's (CRI) China Plus and UN Women have jointly organized a salon themed "She Leads, She Empowers" on how to promote women's leadership and impact in the workplace. A group of successful professionals have been invited to share their experiences and give suggestions on how to better grow professionally. Among them, a start-up founder, executives of enterprises, a consultant from a women's career organization and the director/ founder of UN Women China.

为庆祝三八国际妇女节，关注女性的职场状况，帮助女性提升在职场中的领导力、影响力，中国国际广播电台英语环球携手联合国妇女署共同发起"做有领导力、影响力的职业女性"沙龙。活动邀请女性创业者、知名女性、企业高管、女性组织创始人，以及联合国妇女署中国国别主任等嘉宾分享职业经历和感受，回答网友提问，为职场女性提供建议，提升女性自我认知和自信。
