Xi Jinping visits express delivery service station during inspection tour in Beijing

President Xi Jinping extended his New Year greetings to delivery workers in China ahead of the Lunar New Year, also known as the Spring Festival. At an express delivery service station in Qianmen in Beijing on Friday, President Xi talked with delivery men about their plans for the holidays.

He praised them for their dedication, saying that they are like hard-working bees undertaking arduous tasks come rain or shine. "I would like to extend my best New Year wishes to the three million diligent express delivery men all over China. I also hope you can go back home to be reunited with your families during the Spring Festival. Happy New Year!" he said.
