Content should be a constant pursuit for filmmakers

Oscar-winning art director Tim Yip is suggesting filmmakers should be giving a higher priority to content if they hope to have their films gain more attention on the international stage. Yip has made the comments alongside the recently-opened Beijing International Film Festival.
