Chinese sugar painting is an Intangible Cultural Heritage dating back to the Ming dynasty. Artists use hot, liquid sugar to create two dimensional figures. Solid sugar is cooked into a liquid to use in the painting. When completed, a thin wooden stick is attached to hold the figure.

With the Year of the Pig on the way, Peppa Pig is a hot pick.
