Filipino Martial Arts in Beijing

Having been practicing the traditional Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) for 25 years, Rhio Zablan, from the Philippines, is now a coach teaching students the technique in Beijing. In 2015, he and Ivan Frank M. Olea, Minister and Consul of the Philippine Embassy, set up the WOTBAG Blue System in Beijing, where he teaches students two styles of FMA, Balintawak and Tactical Combat Kali (TCK). Their goal is to strengthen friendship and deepen cultural understanding of Filipinos and Chinese.
