Mother and children rescued from ice

A mother and her two children fell through the ice on a frozen lake in a park in the city of Tangshan, Hebei Province, on January 7, 2018. Dozens of passersby came to their rescue, joining hand-in-hand in a 20-meter line. After 3 minutes, the mother and children were pulled to safety by the group.
