Chinese volunteer wins Citizen of the Year in Australia

Susan Chow, a volunteer at the Fitzroy Chinese Association, has been named the Yarra Citizen of the Year in Australia. Susan emigrated from China to Australia in 1992. "This is a good place to contribute," said Susan.
