Angela Merkel spotted unsteady yet again

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been seen on video once again appearing unsteady, the second time in 10 days.

Video from a ceremony in Berlin on Thursday shows the German leader shaking uncontrollably.

Merkel's spokesperson says she is attending the G20 in Osaka, Japan "as planned."

On Tuesday of last week, Merkel's whole body shook as she stood outside in hot weather alongside Ukraine's president. Merkel said afterward that she was fine after drinking three glasses of water, which she "apparently needed."

The 64-year-old Merkel has been Germany's Chancellor since 2005.
