Zola Nene is one of South Africa’s best-known celebrity chefs. She’s a renowned food stylist and cookbook author, and she hosts her own cooking show. Her award-winning book, Simply Delicious, details her personal food journey. In  the spring 2017, an invitation from afar started Chef Zola’s latest culinary quest – in China.  In Beijing, she was invited to a South African food festival, where she taught her Chinese counterparts how to cook South African food.
