Beijing's first green KFC outlet launched, without buckets of chicken

Beijing's first green KFC outlet launched on Monday. Called KPRO, the restaurant serves an assortment of made-to-order salads and paninis with shrimp, smoked salmon, and grilled (not fried) chicken, as well as fresh juices and gourmet coffee.
