Toddler took a photo with Harvard police man. Now a freshman, they were reunited

Crystal Wang had just turned three when her family took her to visit Harvard University, where they took a photo of her in the arms of a campus police officer.

When Crystal Wang was 3 years old, she was photographed with Officer Charles Marren on the Harvard campus. When she moved in with the Class of 2023, the pair met again. [Photo: Harvard University official Instagram]

Fifteen years later, after Crystal became a proud member of the Harvard's Class of 2023, her father showed her this baby photo and suggested that she try to find him.

Crystal told CNN that she thought the chances of finding him were very slim. But when she posted the photo on social media, a Harvard reporter recognized him as Officer Charles Marren.

The pair reunited and recreated the original image.

CNN reported that Officer Marren and Crystal formed a genuine connection when they met for the second time after fifteen years.
