It's too early: family asked to take down Christmas decorations

Christmas has come too early this year for a family living in Texas. Or at least their neighborhood's homeowners' association thinks so.
Claudia Simonis said her family received a letter from the association telling them to take down the snowman decoration they put up on November 1, according to a NBC report. Simonis said the letter did not mention any of the other decorations in their yard, only instructing them to "please remove the snowman until closer to the holiday season."
Simonis said she and her husband have been living in the neighborhood for four years and never received a letter like this before. She explains that they put up their Christmas decorations a little earlier than usual this year because she is pregnant and expecting a baby on Dec. 25.
