We love Nash! Town threw sick boy a birthday parade
Nash's doctor said he wouldn't pass his second birthday, and he just had his third, CNN reports.

Nash has a rare neuromuscular disease known as SMARD which causes muscular weakness and a sudden inability to breathe in infants. It has no cure or treatment. Nash was diagnosed at 11 months and stayed in hospital for 7 months.
Because of his weakened immune system, Nash cannot be around many people, let alone having a birthday party.
But this did not stop his town from celebrating for him. They decided to throw him a birthday parade where more than 100 trucks, jeeps and cars drove down his neighborhood street in over an hour.

Nash's family was encouraged by people's kindness. His mom started her own nonprofit called Smash SMARD to help kids like Nash.
