New "Terminator" film set for November release in China

"Terminator: Dark Fate," the sixth installment in the "Terminator" franchise, will hit Chinese mainland big screens on Nov. 1.

It debuts in the US on the same day.

Franchise creator James Cameron is among the producers and writers, and Arnold Schwarzenegger returns to one of his most famous roles.

The 2015 film "Terminator Genisys" grossed about 725 million yuan (over 100 million U.S. dollars) on the Chinese mainland.
