Food festival featured in Sichuan travel expo

A food carnival featuring the flavours of Sichuan has opened at the 4th Sichuan International Travel Expo in Leshan.

The culinary event includes several competitions, awards for famous Sichuan dishes, restaurants and cooks, as well as events related to Australian Food Week, Leshan food, and an online component to the food festival.

The event started on September 8 and is ongoing through October 8.
