China has been promoting the process of landscaping for many years, and forestry has enjoyed accelerated growth as a result. In return, 65% of the forests are formed of young trees. Without thick bark protection, they are highly susceptible to fire. 

Consequently, the current forest's composition and structure increase the risk of forest fires. 

Our reporter Sam Duckett recently visited a fire brigade in Beijing and brought us the latest details about forest fire prevention in China.
