Giorgi Mikadze & Ensemble Basiani

Giorgi Mikadze is Georgian pianist, composer and arranger. Trained in both classical music and jazz, Giorgi’s concerts have been broadcast on several radio stations and television in Europe, Asia, and Americas. Recently he travelled to China to perform to his fans in the country.

In this edition of My China Story therefore, we talk to Giorgi who together with Basiani; a State Ensemble of Georgian Folk Singing recently toured and performed in China, to the amazement of their fans.
