Wolfgang Sesser

Wolfgang Sesser's background is one that is steeped in China's brewing industry. As a brewmaster, this Austrian national has lived and worked in the country for 11 years, creating recipes and brewing signature beers for the local Chinese market. Currently he is the chief beer maker at the Kempinski’s Paulaner in-house brewery in Beijing where he continues to hone his craft. In this edition of the program, Wolfgang will be speaking with Nillah Nyakoa about bringing his extensive experience to China, and explain how the local industry is influencing his craft.
