The National Copyright Administration says the agreement will ensure the full authorization and spread of music products, as well as promote the proper order of music copyright.
The two will also open their music libraries to other online platforms.
It marks the end of a long dispute over copyright between the two platforms and is part of an anti-piracy campaign launched by the National Copyright Administration.
