The e-commerce tycoon is worth 34.6 billion US dollars, according to the list. It's the second time that Ma has topped the list since 2014.
The list shows Jack Ma's fortune decreased by 4 billion US dollars compared to last year and other Chinese billionaires' fortune also faced with different devaluations. It's said that the fluctuation of global market maybe the cause.
Tencent's Chairman Ma Huateng came in second after Ma, with a fortune worth of 32.8 billion US dollars. Liu Qiangdong, CEO of JD.com, ranks the 30th with a fortune worth of 6.2 billion US dollars.
Forbes' List is based on a company's stock price performance, market value, revenue, net profit, profit growth, return on assets and return on equity.
