Chinese vice premier heading to U.S. for 7th round of trade talks
President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Vice Premier Liu He is heading to Washington for the seventh round of high-level economic and trade consultations from February 21 to 22 at the invitation of the U.S. side.

He will hold talks with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, according to a statement released by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
Liu He is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chief of the Chinese side of the China-U.S. comprehensive economic dialogue.
