Cathay Pacific announces personnel changes, CEO steps down
The Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific announced major personnel changes in a statement. Rupert Hogg, Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Pacific, will step down and be replaced by Tang Kin Wing Augustus.

Friday's announcement states that personnel changes will come into effect next Monday.
“Cathay Pacific fully supports Hong Kong's implementation of the 'One Country, Two Systems' principle and we have full confidence in Hong Kong's bright future,” said John Slosar, chairman of Cathay Pacific in the statement.
