A video shows tomato dishes in different countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" routes. 

Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the world's third largest tomato production base. 

Its tomatoes have been exported to countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" routes, including Kazakhstan and Turkey, through the Belt and Road Initiative.
