Seven years ago, the 74-year-old in the video was seriously ill with blocked arteries. To try to improve her health, and be less of a burden on her children, the elderly woman says she decided to start exercising.
Since then, she's dropped 14 kilograms, and has gained strength and agility, becoming adept at the splits, the horizontal bar, and other exercises.
