Construction of the first university jointly built by China and Russia is reportedly progressing well.
The project is being undertaken by the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) and Moscow State University (MSU).
The campus is located in the city of Shenzhen in south China, and will have a total area of some 300 thousand square meters.
The university is part of a strategic cooperation deal between Shenzhen and the two universities, following the signing of a memorandum of understanding by Chinese and Russian educational authorities back in 2014.
