Fireman in Shaanxi saves suicidal woman

A woman sitting on a window ledge threatened to commit suicide by jumping from the 5th floor in Longxian county, Shaanxi province on October 10, 2017.

Suddenly she's pushed inside to safety by a fireman climbing from above wearing a safety harness.

The dramatic rescue comes just 30 minutes after the local fire department reached the scene.

Within minutes, they had also positioned an inflatable life-saving air bag, and talked to the woman to divert her attention.
