With its design inspired by the Chinese lantern, the China Pavilion has been fittingly named "The light of China". The appearance of the pavilion will highlight ancient China's four great inventions - papermaking, compass, gunpowder, movable-type printing. It will also be decorated with glass and Chinese traditional lattice windows.
