Chinese vice premier calls for low-carbon life

Chinese Vice Premier Hu Chunhua called for low-carbon production and life as well as strengthened international cooperation in environment governance at Beijing international horticultural expo on Thursday.

Hu, also the chief member of the organizing committee of the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019 Beijing, made the remarks when addressing the China Pavilion Day, noting that China would promote green development and harmony between humans and nature along with other countries.

Hu said the horticulture expo improved mutual learning on ecological conservation among China and other countries, and the China Pavilion would bring more up-to-date ecological achievements to the audience.
