U.S. negotiators arrive in Shanghai for new round of trade consultations

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer arrived in Shanghai on Tuesday for the 12th round of China-U.S. high-level economic and trade consultations.
