Chinese vice Premier Zhang Gaoli attended and delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2017 in China's southern island province of Hainan on Saturday, March 25, 2017. 

With the theme, "Globalization &Free Trade: The Asian Perspectives", this year's BFA Annual Conference is held from March 23 to 26.
