[Playback] Xi addresses at opening ceremony of 2nd int'l import expo

Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the second China International Import Expo on Tuesday.

He put forward three proposals for economic globalization and pledged that China will adopt five measures to promote higher-level opening up.
