19th CPC National Congress to conclude on Oct. 24: spokesman

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will conclude on Oct. 24, a spokesman said Tuesday.

The five-yearly event will open at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Tuo Zhen, the spokesman for the congress, told a press conference.
