Emma Watson and Dan Stevens in Shanghai for ‘Beauty and the Beast’ premiere

The stars of the upcoming "Beauty and the Beast" live-action reboot appeared in Shanghai on Monday for the Chinese premiere of the film.

Emma Watson and Dan Stevens, who play the leads in the film, have brought their work to the Walt Disney Theater at the Shanghai Disneyland along with some of their co-stars.

The cast also greeted fans, in addition to enjoying some of the rides in the amusement park themselves.

Fanfare has been building up for the upcoming attraction, as a worldwide press tour has already brought the film to other big cities like Paris and London.

A cover of the original animation's theme song has been unveiled, featuring Ariana Grande and John Legend.

A Chinese version of the song has also been released, sung by Jing Boran and Tian Fuzhen.

"Beauty and the Beast" is getting a simultaneous release in China and the US on March 17th.
