Another popular online novel adapted for big screen
Actor-turned director Wang Jingsong recently announced his directorial debut will be a movie adaptation from the popular online novel Outraged Rabbit("小兔子有颗玻璃心"), which aroused heated discussions about romance.
The shooting of Outraged Rabbit or Fen Nu De Tu Zi (愤怒的兔子)in Chinese, formally kicked off on Sunday.

"It's a romantic comedy centered around young people. I selected this story because I believe it will offer a refreshing experience for audiences. I'm also in charge of making the movie fun. Many aspects of this movie are designed to attract young viewers.
Wang Jingsong also revealed he would be exclusively casting many of his own students. He has taught over 2000 students over the past two decades.
Wang graduated from the Beijing Film Academy in 1994, majoring in performing arts. In addition to his administrative duties as the Deputy Head of the School, he has been actively participating in lecturing as well as performing in various films, TV series, and plays.
His students include famous actor Wang Qianyuan and actress Ma Su.
