Stephen King is retaliating against President Donald Trump for blocking him on Twitter.
The horror thriller author said in a post that he would block Trump from seeing the upcoming movie "It" or the currently showing television series "Mr. Mercedes," both based on his books.
King also tweeted, saying "No clowns for you, Donald. Go float yourself."
The movie "It" is about a group of children who confront their fears while facing an evil balloon-carrying clown.
"John told me that he had bought a cabin and that there was a story behind it, where there were two young men and a young girl who were at the cabin, and through a terrible change of events all three ended up dead and they were supposedly haunting the cabin. And he said, 'You know, this could make a really good musical play if we did it the right way. If the two boys who got killed were brothers and they were ghosts and they were still in the cabin with the girl...' And I just kind of went (pounds fist into hand), 'That's my sweet spot!'"
Also written by King, "Mr. Mercedes" is about a killer who drives a stolen Mercedes into a crowd. The series began airing earlier this month on the Audience network.
King was blocked by the president this summer. He has a long history of being critical of Trump.
