'Kingsman: The Golden Circle' tops Chinese box office
Spy spoof "Kingsman: The Golden Circle" has led the Chinese box office, earning over 280 million yuan (42.2 million USD) as of Monday, October 23, with 77 million (11.6 million USD) coming from its China debut last week, according to Entgroup's China Box Office (CBO).

The action-comedy is directed by Matthew Vaughn, with Taron Egerton, Colin Firth and Mark Strong reprising their roles from the first film, "Kingsman: The Secret Service."
New stars added to the "Kingsman" franchise include Julianne Moore, Halle Berry and Pedro Pascal.
The plot sees the Kingsman needing to team up with their American counterparts, the Statesman, with the world facing a new threat.
The original "Kingsman" film grossed 484 million yuan in China in 2015.
