The Tianjin Grand Theatre will be built into a platform for China to conduct cultural exchanges with other nations next year, according to Theatre officials.

Beijing-based Poly Theatre took control of the Tianjin Grand Theatre earlier this year.

General Manager Guo Wenpeng says they're working on plans to stage top-notch cultural performances at Tianjin Grand Theatre in 2018, including shows by the Vienna Philharmonic and the London Symphony Orchestra.
