Honoree Kylie Minogue talked about what she's learned as she continues to progress in her career.
"Now that I'm at age where I can reflect, I think it's really interesting to kind of look at myself in all the different eras of my life, it's just—you're learning something each and every step of the way. 20s, 30s, 40s and now I'm heading into my 50s and I've got to say it's just so revealing in a wonderful way about yourself and how you fit into this world.”

"It was great, you feel slightly like you've gatecrashed, but it's great. It's a great night, I've been to it before and it's one of the best nights of the year because it's all these amazing women."
